Why Reviews Matter
- They help us understand what residents love - and what we can improve
 - They build trust with future residents
 - They celebrate your team’s hard work

What to say?
Try using a simple script and ask for a review during a positive moment (e.g. after resolving an issue or during a casual chat)
“Hi [Resident’s Name], glad to see you! Just so you know, we’re collecting resident feedback on HomeViews at the moment. If you have a couple of minutes, we’d really appreciate a review about your experience living here — it really helps us improve and shows future residents what it’s like to live here.”
Confidence Boosting Tips
- Start with familiar residents – Pick people you already have a good rapport with.
 - Keep it casual – It’s a friendly ask, not a sales pitch. Think of it as asking for help, not demanding a favour.
 - Have materials ready – A small card with a QR code or the HomeViews link makes it easier and gives you something to hand over, which feels more natural.
 - Practice once or twice – Say it aloud to yourself or a teammate a few times to get comfortable.

And Remember...
- You’re not bothering them — you're giving them a chance to share their voice.
 - Most people appreciate being asked — especially if they’ve had a good experience.
 - Treat it like inviting feedback, not pushing a review.
