Area guides are ranked by all-time data, and in accordance with a Building's star rating. The higher your star rating, the higher your position in the Area Guide.
Star rating is not to be confused with the Overall Score you see in your portal. The Star Rating is the one you can see on your development page, and this is the one that counts for all rankings.
Developments with a green or amber Transparency rating will be prioritised in the area guide rankings over developments with a red Transparency rating. In other words, developments with 10 or more verified reviews within the last 12 months will rank higher than developments with 9 or fewer verified reviews.
Please note that developments will only appear in an area guide when it has 5 or more total reviews.
