Area guides are ranked by all-time data, and in accordance with a building's Star Rating. The higher your star rating, the higher your position in the Area Guide.
For developments to appear in the Top 10 of an area guide, they need to have a green or amber Transparency rating.
Please note that developments will only appear in an area guide when it has 5 or more total reviews.
Star rating is not to be confused with the Overall Score you see in your portal. The Star Rating is the one you can see on your development page, and this is the one that counts for all rankings.
