The HomeViews awards are the only property awards based solely on resident reviews. The HomeViews award badges will be displayed on each of your development pages.
To qualify for any HomeViews award, your development needs to have at least 10 verified reviews within the calendar year. For example, 10 verified reviews in 2022 will qualify you for the 2022 award badges.
To win the Rating of Excellence award, your development needs to have a Star Rating score of 4 out of 5 stars or above.
To win the individual category awards, at least 50% of your reviews for that category need to be 5 stars. For example, if 20 out of 40 reviewers score 5 stars for Design in 2022, you will win the 2022 Design Award of Excellence.
Important note: although scores will change throughout the year, once you’ve won a HomeViews award badge, we’ll never take it away.
