Listings are a great way to show prospective residents what you have available and give an idea of what they can afford.
At HomeViews we recommend that you add a few generic listings (e.g. One Bed Apartment, Two Bed Apartment) rather than flat or plot numbers, as this means you don't have to update the listings every time a specific apartment is unavailable.
You can update your listings whenever you want, but we suggest that you update these every 3-6 months, or if you've had a significant price change across the board.
