Previously, we had an annual push for reviews around the time of year where you had chosen to have your report delivered. This would be the way data was collected for this.
Since 2023, we have moved to an on-going review collection approach, which makes it easier for you and your teams to collect smaller numbers but on an on-going basis, instead of having the pressure of collecting a huge number in the space of 3 weeks.
We suggest having a HomeViews reviews target per month or per quarter with your on-site teams, so that there is a consistent flow of reviews coming in and this prevents them from being overwhelmed at one point in the year. Having consistent reviews also provides better transparency for those visiting your pages, as they can see that the feedback is always up to date.
