A simple explanation of what the Development Score chart shows.
The Development Scores chart shows the category scores for each development you have access to compared to a "Portfolio Average Rating" and the "HomeViews Benchmark":
- The Development Rating bar is the category score selected for that development. The data will be impacted by the filters at the top of dashboard, such as selecting particular developments, reviewer type, age range or data selection.
- The Portfolio Average Rating is the average score of the developments for the category selected, e.g. (sum of development scores per category) / (number of developments). The data will be impacted by the filters at the top of dashboard, such as selecting particular developments, reviewer type, age range or data selection.
- The Benchmark Rating is the all-time benchmark since inception of HomeViews data. The benchmark displayed is impacted by the market sector make up of your portfolio.
- If the developments you have access to are all “build to rent” then the benchmark displayed is the HomeViews Build to Rent Benchmark.
- If the developments you have access to are all “build to sell” then the benchmark displayed is the HomeViews Build to Sell Benchmark.
- If the developments you have access to are all a mixture of “build to rent” and “build to sell” then the HomeViews UK Benchmark.
You can select which score category you would like to view by selecting the drop down in the top right hand corner. You can view this data on "Overall", "Design", "Facilities", "Location", "Value", and "Management".
