What does the Private Tenant Additional Questions (Build to Rent) chart show?

A simple explanation to the Private Tenant Additional Questions (Build to Rent) chart in the Partner Portal.

This chart shows the percentage of build to rent resident reviewers who would recommend their landlord for the developments you have access to. The data shown is impacted by the filters you can apply, such as selecting particular developments, reviewer types, age breakdowns or select specific time periods.

• Each Current Rating bar is the percentage of reviewers who said they would recommend their landlord over the time period selected. However, the default option when you first come into the dashboard is for this chart to be shown for the last 12 months. If you change the time period in the filters, this will update accordingly. 
• Each Previous Period bar is the percentage of reviewers who said they would recommend their landlord over the time period prior to the selected date period.  In this example, the Current Rating data selection is the last completed quarter, 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022. Therefore, the Previous Period data selection is the quarter prior, 30 September 2021 - 31 December 2021. If you change the time period in the filters, this will update accordingly. 
• The Benchmark is the HomeViews All-Time Build to Rent Benchmark split by question type. The data shown is not impacted by the filters you can apply and the data selected is from HomeViews inception.
  
  

You can always see what filters have been applied to calculate the scores by looking at the top of this chart section. In this example you can see that it is:

• "Filtered by: All" which means it includes all developments you have access to. 
• "Developers: Example Developer" which means it is showing developments for only one developer. 
• "Date range: 01/01/2022 - 31/03/2022" which means the score is calculated over a 3 month period.
• "Resident type: All" which means that we have not filtered out any reviewer types in this score, e.g. owners or private tenants. 
• "Age range: All" which means that we are including all reviewers and we are not filtering by a particular age category.
