What does the Ratings by Age Range chart show?

A simple explanation to the Ratings by Age Range chart in the Partner Portal.

This chart shows the scores for each category separated by age range group for the developments you have access to. The data shown is impacted by the filters you can apply, such as selecting particular developments, reviewer types, age breakdowns or select specific time periods.

Please note, we have only collected this data since February 2021. Therefore, if you choose a date range in the dashboard filters that goes further back than February 2021, the data in this chart will only show information from February 2021.

In this example, you can see that 35-44 year olds gave an Overall Score of 3.33/5 since February 2021; for the group of developments this developer has access to.

If you want to hide specific age ranges, you can select any of the chart labels, e.g. 35-44 and 25-34 in this example, and this will hide the data for these ranges on the chart.

You can always see what filters have been applied to calculate the scores by looking at the top of this chart section. In this example you can see that it is:

  • "Filtered by: All" which means it includes all developments you have access to.
  • "Developers: Example Developer" which means it is showing developments for only one developer.
  • "Date range: All time" which means the score is calculated over all the time these developments have had reviews on HomeViews.
  • "Resident type: All" which means that we have not filtered out any reviewer types in this score, e.g. owners or private tenants.
  • "Age range: All" which means that we are including all reviewers and we are not filtering by a particular age category.
