In this section of the developer portal, you can see all the statistics on the reviews you have:

  • Total Reviews shows the number of reviews the developments you have access to have collected. The default view will be for all-time since reviews have been collected on HomeViews. This number will be impacted by the filters at the top of the dashboard, such as selecting particular developments, date ranges, reviewer types or age ranges.
  • Verified Reviews shows the number of verified reviews the developments you have access to have collected. The default view will be for all-time since reviews have been collected on HomeViews. This number will be impacted by the filters at the top of the dashboard, such as selecting particular developments, date ranges, reviewer types or age ranges.
  • Non-Verified Reviews shows the number of non-verified reviews the developments you have access to have collected. The default view will be for all-time since reviews have been collected on HomeViews. This number will be impacted by the filters at the top of the dashboard, such as selecting particular developments, date ranges, reviewer types or age ranges.
  • Your Reply Rate shows the percentage of reviews that you have replied to over the total number of reviews the developments you have access to have collected. The default view will be for the last 12 months. This number will be impacted by the filters at the top of the dashboard, such as selecting particular developments, date ranges, reviewer types or age ranges.
  • The change percentage (in this example displays "no change") displays the difference for each category over the last month, (e.g. this developer has 174 reviews and has received no more reviews in the last month). However,  if a date filter is applied then it will display the change over that specific period.
