What does the Reviewer Types chart show?

A simple explanation of the Reviewer Types chart in the Partner Portal.

This chart shows the number of reviews the developments have by reviewer type for the developments you have access to.  The data will be impacted by the filters at the top of the dashboard, such as developments selected, reviewer type, age ranges or dates selected.

If you hover over a section of the chart, the number of reviews with that specific reviewer type will display.

If you want to drill into a particular reviewer type, you can toggle the labels on/off; e.g. if you click on the "Private Tenant" label, this will remove all the Private Tenant data from the chart.

You can always see what filters have been applied to the data by looking at the top of this chart section. In this example you can see that it is:

  • "Filtered by: All" which means it includes all developments you have access to.
  • "Developers: Example Developer" which means it is showing developments for only one developer.
  • "Date range: All time" which means the score is calculated over all the time these developments have had reviews on HomeViews.
  • "Resident type: All" which means that we have not filtered out any reviewer types in this score, e.g. owners or private tenants.
  • "Age range: All" which means that we are including all reviewers and we are not filtering by a particular age category.
