What happens when a resident flags that they haven't received their voucher?

If a promotion is being ran, when a resident submits their review, so long as it has been verified, they should receive their voucher instantly should they meet the conditions of the promotion. Sometimes it is the case that the email may go to spam instead of the primary inbox, so recommend that they check this first.

If they still have not received the voucher, please ask that they login to their HomeViews account as the code always sits in there in the case that the resident should not receive the email.

 Should both of the above methods not work, please ask that the resident contacts info@homeviews.com, where the team will be happy to help sort the issue and provide the code if the resident qualifies for the voucher.
