Across the whole of the HomeViews site, we are sitting at around 85% verification rate of all reviews.
Verification is important as a verified review confirms to both you and prospective residents that the person leaving this feedback does indeed reside in the building, or has resided in the past year.
The aim for all partners is to have as many verified reviews as possible as those are the ones that count 100% towards your scores, compared with only 5% with unverified reviews. We suggest that partners aim for at least an 70-85% verification rate, but the higher the better.
With higher amounts of verified reviews, your scores will increase and you will appear higher both in your area rankings and in related blog content. This will increase your presence both on HomeViews and in general online searches.
