Although HomeViews is not a portal like Rightmove, listings are a great way to increase the time prospective residents spend on your page, and for prospective residents to find out more about your properties.
We recommend adding a few generic example listings (e.g. One Bed Apartment, Two Bed Apartment) like the examples below. This means you don't have to update the listings every time a specific apartment is unavailable, whilst still giving prospective residents an idea of the price range and what they can afford.
Additionally, having listings on your page increases the cross-selling opportunities on non-partner pages on HomeViews to drive more traffic to your developments.
