HomeViews awards badges are a great way to let your residents see that you are a top performing operator/developer on HomeViews. These will be displayed on your HomeViews pages, but you can also display these on your own websites or social media.
There are 6 categories for the badges:
- Award of Excellence
- Award of Excellence for Design
- Award of Excellence for Facilities
- Award of Excellence for Location
- Award of Excellence for Value
- Award of Excellence for Management
In order to achieve the Award of Excellence, your average star rating needs to be above 4 out 5.
For all other categories, 50% of all reviews for your development need to have scored that specific category a 5/5.
The only way to increase the scores and achieve the HomeViews badges is to collect more verified reviews. As the more recent the review, the higher the weighting on the scoring, due to the decay algorithm used in the scores. See find out more about this, please see here.
