All the people in your team will have access to the Resident Email Tool feature for the developments they have "View" access to.
If you would like to change the permissions, you can switch off or switch on access to the Resident Email Tool in the Partner Portal.
To do this, log into the Partner Portal and in the left hand menu, select "Users". Select the team member you would like to change permissions for and click on "Set Permissions".
Find the development you would like to edit permission for, click on the drop down box and on the "Development" row, untick to turn off (or tick to turn on) the "Undertake resident email tool requests" box. Then click "Save" to save your changes.
