We assign developments a transparency rating as denoted by the icon on your page.
The current thresholds for each category are:
- Red (Poor) – 0-9 verified reviews in the last 12 months
- Amber (Adequate) – 10-29 verified reviews in the last 12 months
- Green (Excellent) – 30+ verified reviews in the last 12 months
This is because older reviews lose their value and accuracy, as they might not reflect the development as it is currently. They also contribute less to the overall star rating.
When an area has 10+ developments, only developments with amber or better transparency can be ranked among the top developments in their area. Therefore, continuous high quality reviews will ensure that you perform well in this regard too.
