What should I do if my manager response if not showing on the HomeViews site?

When you respond to a review as a "manager response", it does not automatically go live on the HomeViews website. It must first be manually checked to make sure it adheres to our guidelines. 

If a manager response does not adhere to our guidelines, you will receive an email from HomeViews asking you to edit your response and re-submit it. 

If a manager response adheres to our guidelines, it will be published on the HomeViews website. This can take up to 7 days. 

If you have not seen that your response has been published within this timeframe, please contact info@homeviews.com and they will look into this to get the issue resolved.
