Will the emails be HomeViews branded?

No. As the data controller, the invite to leave a review comes from you. As such, the email will have an image of the resident’s development in the header and your logo underneath the email body. The wording in the footer will make it clear that this is a request from you using the HomeViews platform, with links to unsubscribe from further requests:

"This review invitation email was sent to you by {Developer}, using the HomeViews platform. {Developer} is the data controller of your personal data used to send this email, and HomeViews is the data processor.


Not sure why you’re receiving this email, or have questions about your personal data? Please contact {Developer} directly using the details in their Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe to no longer receive review invitation emails from {Developer} by clicking {Unsubscribe Link}."

In the above, "{Developer}" will be replaced with your name, and the unsubscribe link will take the resident to a HomeViews page where they can unsubscribe from review requests sent to them via the HomeViews platform. 

Please note, the email will come from "no-reply@homeviews.com", however this is common practice, requests from Trustpilot or TripAdvisor do the same.
