Sentiment analysis
Your account manager will read all the reviews from your survey and pick out the common themes and insights that your residents are saying. Perhaps your residents really love a particular facility, or certain aspects of the design of their apartment.
Sentiment analysis can be done at a brand level and/or a development level.

Your bespoke questions in addition to the standard review form won’t sit live on site or in your portal, so we’ll provide an analysis of your reviewers’ responses.
